Bathroom: bath with power shower, WC, wash hand basin, shaver point, towel rails, radiator, floor & wall tiles throughout.

 

Kitchen / Diner: well equipped fitted kitchen with 4 gas hobs, extractor hood, full size electric oven and grill, microwave, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and water softener. Large dining table for 6. Two walk in storage rooms - one with fridge / freezer, and space for drying / storage of walking equipment. Large supply of china, glasses, pans and utensils, chopping boards, kettle, toaster, electric hand blender, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials, iron & board. Radiator.

 

Sitting room:open log fire,  colour TV, SKY Free-view, DVD player (Owner has a selection of DVD’s which can be rented for a nominal charge), radio/CD/cassette player, games, local tourist information, two seat sofa bed, 2 Radiators.

 

Bedroom: attractive furnishings, good quality double bed (new pocket memory foam mattress), wardrobe and plenty of storage cupboards, radiator, and small library

 

Provided:

 

Bed linen, personal towels, clean tea towels, washing up cloth/brush, detergent and cleaning materials, 2 WC rolls and a welcome tray. Beds are made up for guest's arrival.

 

Extra on request:

 

Sundries, e.g. Cot, highchair, logs, kindling, newspapers, milk etc. - there is a small charge - please ask for details.  We will always try to meet other requests if possible
